Our Click & Collect service is available Monday to Saturday, 10am – 6pm.
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.

UK DELIVERY

We partner with DHL Express and Royal Mail to provide a trusted, fully tracked delivery experience.

Complimentary Standard Mainland UK delivery is available on all orders over £150.
For orders under £150, a delivery charge from £5.95 will apply — calculated at checkout.

Delivery times and Express Delivery availability options are confirmed at checkout based on stock location.

  • London Showroom items: available for 1–2 day delivery or in-store collection
  • Warehouse items: delivered within up to 5 working days

If your order includes pieces from both our London Showroom and Warehouse, we may ship them separately to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

All orders are prepared and dispatched with priority care.
For Next Day Delivery, please place your order before 2pm.
If you need your order urgently, please contact us — we will always do our utmost to assist.

Please Note:
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address confirmed at checkout (or one confirmed in writing prior to dispatch).
We cannot accept responsibility for address changes made after dispatch or for any loss or damage resulting from delivery arrangements made directly with the courier (for example, instructions to leave a parcel in a “safe place”).

Please ensure the recipient’s contact details are accurate and up to date. If an order is returned due to incorrect details or non-response, return costs will be deducted from any refund.

Please allow extra time for delivery during UK national holidays and weekends.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide with DHL Express, offering a swift and reliable service.
International orders typically arrive within 1–5 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@venusrox.com with your order number and contact details.

Duties & Taxes

Venusrox covers all import duties and taxes on your behalf.
If you are charged upon delivery, please provide proof of payment to our Customer Care team and we will promptly reimburse you.

For returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs as per our returns policy.
Venusrox will cover all UK import duties and taxes on returned items.

Please ensure the recipient’s contact details are correct and current.
If an order is returned due to incomplete or unresponsive contact information, return costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
