CLICK AND COLLECT IS AVAILABLE FROM OUR NOTTING HILL SHOWROOM
Click and collect is available Monday to Saturday: 10am to 6pm. Email notification is sent when an order is ready for collection.
We use DHL and Royal Mail as our delivery partners.
We are currently offering free Standard Mainland UK shipping on all orders over £70. This service is tracked and signed for.
Our delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process.
We believe we offer a value for money delivery service for all our orders. However, we always seek to offer the most cost effect delivery method for each order. If we discover we can offer an alternative delivery method at a lesser price, we will contact you before dispatching the goods.
All orders are treated as a priority for despatch and we endeavour to despatch all orders on the day we receive them. Standard Mainland UK deliveries are despatched for 2-4 working day delivery timescale.
Please order before 2pm for Next Day delivery services.
If you are in a rush to get the goods, please let us know and we will do our best to get things moving faster.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders will be shipped to the address provided at the time of order (or to an address we have had confirmed by the customer, in writing, prior to despatch of the order from our premises). We will not be liable for any order where the delivery address is changed by the customer, after the order has been despatched from our premises.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to an order where additional delivery arrangements have been made independently and directly between the courier/postage service and the customer. (e.g. agreement to leave in a safe place)
The sender must provide the current and correct contact details for the recipient (if not themselves). The carrier may require to contact the recipient for delivery or regulatory reasons and it is the orderer’s responsibility to ensure the recipient responds to the contact, otherwise the order may be returned. If the order is returned due to the recipient not responding, or if the contact details are incorrect, the costs of any return will be deducted from any refund due.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders take 1 to 5 working days depending on where you are located, to arrive after your payment has been confirmed. Taking into consideration that it will not get stopped in customs. If your order has not arrived by then please email customercare@venusrox.com with your order number and contact details.
Venusrox pays all import taxes and duties on your behalf. If you are charged, please contact the customer services team with proof of payment of duty and tax and we will reimburse you. For returns, customers will continue to be responsible for paying carrier costs as per the existing return process. Venusrox will pay any UK import taxes and duties on returns.
